Digital Recruitment Specialist
SitterTree is seeking a Digital Recruitment Specialist responsible for overseeing SitterTree’s digital child care provider recruitment efforts. This role involves targeted recruitment for posted jobs to generate sitter sign ups and convert them to applying to their first job. This is a part-time remote role (approximately 25 hours/week) based in the U.S.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment, marketing, or other similar field
- Previous experience creating and managing job posts and paid ads on Indeed, Google, Handshake, etc.
- Strong computer and administrative skills, attention to detail
Job Details
- Pay range $20-$25/hr, depending on experience
- Schedule: M-F 12 PM-5PM or 1 PM-6 PM, EDT (approximately 25 hours/week)
- Remote; based in the U.S.
- Start date: April 13, 2026
