Director of Sales & Marketing
SitterTree is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing responsible for driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing operations. This is a full-time remote role based in the U.S. The Director of Sales & Marketing is a dynamic and results-driven leader responsible for creating SitterTree’s integrated sales and marketing strategy. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director will wear multiple hats - strategist, team leader, and hands-on contributor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing and/or sales leadership role, ideally in a small to mid-sized business
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong digital marketing knowledge: SEO, email marketing, paid ads, CRM tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress
- Analytics: Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
- Experience managing small teams and working in resource-constrained environments
